LinkU2APro Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of TermsThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LinkU2APro’s website and referral and connection services. By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or otherwise using LinkU2APro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use LinkU2APro or submit a service request.

2. What LinkU2APro DoesLinkU2APro is a referral and connection service that helps consumers connect with independent service professionals who may be able to assist with home improvement, repair, maintenance, and related projects.LinkU2APro does not itself perform the home improvement or other services requested by users. Service professionals are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LinkU2APro.Any estimate, pricing, scope of work, scheduling, contract, warranty, payment arrangement, or other agreement concerning the actual project is between the consumer and the service professional.

3. Independent Service ProfessionalsService professionals introduced through LinkU2APro operate independently from LinkU2APro. LinkU2APro does not control or direct how a service professional performs work, sets prices, schedules projects, or conducts its business.References on our website to “trusted,” “local,” or similar descriptions are intended to describe our referral service and are not a guarantee of any service professional’s qualifications, licensing, insurance, workmanship, availability, or performance.Consumers should independently evaluate a service professional before hiring them and should request and verify licenses, insurance, references, warranties, permits, or other credentials when appropriate for the project.

4. Estimates, Contracts and PaymentsLinkU2APro does not set or guarantee prices for services performed by independent service professionals. Estimates and final pricing are determined by the service professional.Any contract for work is entered into directly between the consumer and the service professional. Unless LinkU2APro expressly states otherwise, payments for home services should be made directly to the service professional under the terms agreed upon between the consumer and that professional.LinkU2APro is not responsible for disputes involving estimates, pricing, deposits, payments, project scope, scheduling, warranties, or work performed by an independent service professional.

5. Service Requests and CommunicationsWhen you submit a service request, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and your project. You authorize LinkU2APro to use and share the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of responding to your request and connecting you with one or more independent service professionals.By providing your contact information and requesting a connection, you authorize LinkU2APro and the service professional(s) selected in connection with your request to contact you regarding that request by phone, text message, or email.Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use LinkU2APro for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes; submit false or unauthorized service requests; interfere with the operation or security of our website or services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use information obtained through LinkU2APro in violation of applicable law.We may restrict or discontinue access to LinkU2APro when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

7. No Guarantee of ServicesLinkU2APro does not guarantee that a service professional will be available for every request or that any professional will accept a particular project. We do not guarantee estimates, pricing, response times, project completion, workmanship, results, or any particular outcome from using our referral and connection service.Information provided through LinkU2APro is offered on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.

8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinkU2APro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, referral service, or services performed or offered by an independent service professional.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. IndemnificationTo the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkU2APro from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of LinkU2APro, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements. When changes are made, we may update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of LinkU2APro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
